With an expected inclusion as one of 20 leading economies in 2020, the drive for this event is to equip Nigerian undergraduates via training and enlightenment to position the Nigerian youths as a catalyst to this change. Recent statistics shows that the Nigerian youths constitutes 70% of the total population of Nigeria,49% are unemployable and most companies prefer to implore the service of skilled personnel outside the country to get the job done since their ultimate aim is to get maximum result
Many youths depend on government to do everything for them and they end up becoming part of the problem that is needed to be solved, they get carried away with the saying that “they are leaders of tomorrow” without realizing that leadership starts now and that a leader tomorrow must start showing the symptoms today by taking up responsibilities.
